Description

It would be very handy if an email was sent to the 'asigned' person when a new ticket was created.

As far as I know this has already been added to the code in the 0.9 development version.

See the always_notify_owner config option in TracNotification#ConfigOptions

It would be very helpful to send emails to those CCed on the ticket.

I don't follow the reason for reopening this ticket. The people CCed are emailed (that's the whole point of the CC). If you have a valid issue, you can reopen the ticket with more information, or file another ticket if it's not directly related to this one.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
