default values for component and milestone

i changed the versions and the milestones with the admin script and tried to setup default values for the component and milestone in the trac.ini file. all i get as default value is an empty combobox. i have to choose the value always by myself.

This seems to be working find on the 0.8 branch as far as I can tell.

Two things to check:

• if you're using mod_python you will need to restart Apache for the trac.ini changes to take effect
• browsers such as Firefox will preserve your form selections if you simply refresh the page. You'll need to click on the "New Ticket" link again for it to clear your current form values and select the dropdown value specified in the HTML

If this doesn't solve the problem repopen the ticket and provide some more information like the relevant lines of your trac.ini.
