Description
I've been through all the tickets which refer to multiple projects. Everyone seems to want something pretty complicated with multiple repositories etc. I think that Trac would become an even more powerful tool if you one simple addition:
Add a Project menu button which would appear before the Wiki button in the toolbar (Wiki, Timeline, Roadmap…). This menu would display names of all projects (ie environments) setup in /var/lib/trac (or wherever, this should be configurable).
All we need is a simple way to list and change between projects.

When you configure TracModPython or Tracd for a multiproject setup, the top-level URL for Trac will display a list of all available Trac projects.
This is currently not very pretty, but part of #1051 is to support a nicer template for the project listing.
