  • Go to "View Tickets"
  • Click on "Custom Query"
  • Add "Summary" filter.
  • Add another "Summary" filter. This one will appear under the first one with the word "or" in front of the text entry
  • Remove the first "Summary" filter by clicking on the "-" button to the right of the text entry.

You now end up with a lone text entry with the word "or" in front of it. There is no way of knowing what it refers to and there is no way to specify the matching condition.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christopher Lenz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christopher Lenz to the specified user.
