Copy and Paste Formatting from URL sites and not just plain text

Description

One of our clients that uses the TRAC system quite often copy and paste from URL locations. This copy may include bullet points, line breaks, etc. Currently when the user Copies and then paste into TRAC Description, it only copies in plain text and all formatting are lost. Is there a way to keep the formatting. Also, in the latest version we have not been able to get the calendar icon to show. SO, users have to key in dates. Causing keying errors which could cause incorrect decisions to be made.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
