TicketQuery shows time for time custom field of format date — at Initial Version

Description
time1 = time time1.format = date
The datepicker on the ticket form shows only dates.
However, the following ticket query shows 12:00:00 AM.

Tested with trunk. Will confirm for 1.4-stable.
