In my response, I typed in 21, can anyone please tell me why that is incorrect?

See #13031 for an explanation. (5 + 4) * 4 = 36 may be the answer that is expected.

I had a question of six multiplied by one multiplied four and I entered twenty four, it was wrong.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anonymous.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from anonymous to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
