When using reassigned or assign to option, change in owner is not reflecting on ticket page.

it shows like (no user or blank)

Owner: changed from user1 to

Trac : 1.2.3
CentOS :7.5.1804
Python :2.7.5

Any pointer.

Status: newclosed

Issue is likely the same as the response in #13097: comment:1:ticket:13097.

I cannot reproduce when testing with no plugins. If you continue to have trouble, please ask on the MailingList.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
