French translation of localization tab has inappropriate joke

Description
The label for the "date format" option, in the localization tab, for the French language, is deliberately worded to evoke a famous dirty joke ("choix dans la date", a famous spoonerism). A better and less crass wording would be something of the form "format des dates".
(Additionally, there is no translation for the "time format" label; this one is harder to translate: "format de l'heure" perhaps?)

I'll pull latest translations from Transifex. It would be good to check if it's been fixed on Transifex.

I changed to use Format de date on Transifex. I pulled the latest catalogs for 1.0-stable in r16698, r16699; for trunk in r16702, r16703. Please let me know if you spot any issues.
If someone would like to further update the catalogs on Transifex I could pull the translations again for any of the upcoming releases.
French user here. "Format de date" and "Format horaire" sound better.
But I laughed at this translation :D
