How can I contact a webmaster that is a user of trac to ask him to remove some personal data that is showing up in google search results ?

The user is "matvey" and his "software repository" is : http://brain.zabiyaka.net/mobile/software/browser

That's not something we can help you with. The developers of Trac have no contact information for users that choose to run the software.
