Description
Hello trac devs,
On a trac 1.0.2 wiki page, when I select an external link to copy and paste it elsewhere, if the mouse hovers on the extlink.gif, an invisible character is copied with the URL (right before the http).
It's this character : https://codepoints.net/U+e280
To reproduce :
- find a wiki page including an external link (e.g. https://docs.python.org)
- select the link with your mouse, starting from the end of the string and finishing on the icon
- Ctrl-C
- Ctrl-V somewhere
- Go through the URL with your keyboard arrows. You need to hit the arrow twice at the beginning of the URL, the first time for the invisible character, the second time for the 'h'.

That behavior is by design. See tags/trac-1.0.9/trac/wiki/formatter.py@:734#L730 and [10836]. Also, U+200B is used, not U+E280.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
It works also with the links in the description of this ticket.
