Description

Bugzilla, after submitting changes for a ticket displays the following:

Changes submitted for bug 24
Email sent to:
remy@..., christian@..., jun@...
Excluding:
ryan@... peter@...

Similarly, we could show a notice at the top of the page so that it's clear which users have been notified.

Related idea, discussed in trac-github #94, is to have a dismiss-able (or persistent) notice for authenticated users that haven't set their email address, so that it's clear to these users that they won't receive notifications.

Another Bugzilla feature I like is the You are receiving this mail because, at the bottom of the notification:

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
The ticket will be disowned.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.
