I would like to have the ability to fill the description field of a ticket trac from a text file or a string generated from a script python for example. I'd like to be done through a button for example like upload description that will give me a

Status: new → closed

The ticket description is incomplete. It sounds like this would be handled by a plugin anyway. Please ask on the MailingList.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
