Error during atache attachments after switching to german Language

Description

After switching the language preferences to german we get an error after clicking in the "Atach File" Button within a ticket. It works fine if the setting is set to english.

I didn't try for another language. It is reproduceable in different PCs and users. The rest of TRAC working fine in german as far as I see.

A duplicate of #11184. Try to downgrade to Genshi 0.6. See also comment:1:ticket:11184.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
