Description

When changing default_date_format in the trac.ini from blank (default) to absolute, relative date format persists. I've even gone as far as to restart Apache after saving the configuration.

[trac]
default_date_format = absolute

Wrong configuration. Use [trac] default_dateinfo_format = absolute, not default_date_format.
