Description
When I go to trac-hacks.org, I get:
Error TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded. Run "trac-admin /srv/trac-hacks.org/trac upgrade"

This was matter of a custom view blocking attempted SpamFilter upgrade procedure.
It has been fixed. Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.
