Excel2007 failed to open the Tickets ID's hyperlink when Excel2003 successed

Description

When I copy the Tickets ID(such as "#1255" )to the Excel2007's sheet,the ID will be stored as a hyperlink.But when i click this id,Excel failed to open it and report "Can not open ​http://… .Unable to download the information you requested". I am sure the hyperlink is valid and I can access this ticket by copying the hyperlink's address to the Browser.What's more,Excel2003 is valid for this operation and Excel2007 can access the buzzilla's hyperlink.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
