Description
I've upgraded my Trac 0.12.3 instance to 1.0.1. Everything seems to work well except I cannot make changes to existing tickets. I am currently the only one using the ticket system and when I submit a change, I get the message: Warning: Sorry, can not save your changes. This ticket has been modified by someone else since you started. I know that I am the only one in the ticket. I saw a message on the Trac Users list called Bug? Trac 1.0.1 modify existing tickets fails, but nothing was resolved or discovered from that.

I found the problem. The attached template was causing the issue. I think this template allows for collapsing/expanding various sections under certain conditions. I will close this ticket since this seems to be the problem.

Hi, I have the same problem, but with only one of my various TraC environments (on the same machine).
I don't understand how can I fix the problem: I must modify the template? Something else?
