Recently changed items displayed in italic in reports

Description

When I have the report showing only opened tickets, and I close come of them, the closed items are still displayed in report in italic for some time, cluttering the report itself. It should be possible to disable this feature somehow.

There is a way to filter them immediately. Just press the Update button, and the closed items will be removed.

All the tickets for {20} from last year have probably been seen multiple times by now, yet are still to be triaged…

I'd love a way to disable this feature as well, or at least redesign it to make the changes more clear, as it's repeatedly confusing to my users. Further, the update button sometimes doesn't really update the results until it's hit a few times, or some time has passed. It's unclear what the rules are around this feature, and there doesn't seem to be any configuration options to dial it in.

Would it be better to have a filter Show recently closed tickets?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
The ticket will be disowned.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
