New Company requirement is only the company name. Company tab is not needed Services and Contacts could be 1 screen: this is where I should choose the service, contact person, address and corresponding info. Plus email needs to be added.

Note: not everyone has all info so "no required fields are necessary. Note: services should be Inventory Issues, billing, supplies and maybe miscellaneous. (Some people are just contacts, and have no certain title).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
