AFAICT reset is a necessary evil. My experience is that going for it after the fact will at first break everything and is therefore painful. I think it's a pain that will have to be endured at one point or another, so it's mostly a question of when and who exactly is masochistic enough to walk Trac through this.

My suggestion is not to use recet.css but normalize.css instead.
