Description
It would improve user experience, if mainnav-entries would be customizable in user preference panel. This could be done for these mainnav entries:
- wiki
- browser
- report
I implemented changing personal wiki page already in NavigationDisplayPlugin.

With changeset 11239 it is possible with NavigationDisplayPlugin to change report for menu entry "View Tickets". This can be done by changing user preferences.
We are using the NavigationDisplayPlugin now in production use for a few weeks.
