Description

The colouring of tickets in the Custom Query appears to be hardwired to match the priority names: highest, high, normal, low and lowest. If the priorities are changed, Reports continue to colour the tickets properly (it appears to choose the colours based on p.value, rather than p.name) but Custom Query doesn't.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christopher Lenz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christopher Lenz to the specified user.
