When looking at a list of tickets I should be able to move the mouse pointer over the summary (mouse-over) and see the ticket's description

Description
When looking at a list of tickets I should be able to move the mouse pointer over the summary (mouse-over) and see the ticket's description.
Attached is file for the reference.

Well, the ticket description can be very long, so at the very least this tooltip should be a truncated form of it… and then it wouldn't be that useful.
Furthermore, you already have alternatives:
- you can select "Show under each result: [x] description" (you can at a glance see all descriptions, and you can search within the page)
- you may find an extension for your browser extensions which could show you a summary of the ticket link; for example InterClue works very well in combination with Trac, you'll get a very nice summary of the content of the ticket, as the picture below shows:

Instead of using a tooltip (and significantly increasing the page load time), I suppose we could implement this functionality using some AJAX.
