Description

When I use this function,I have the a type have value like (1,2,3,4),but it else may have null or 11 any other numbers. it don't can add a default value for any other . I want to use this funciton's context argument,but it dosen't can use,I see I different from the Filter context. So I use the elseFiler for rule.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
