Description

I want to customize the transmission rule of the notification mail.

  • It notifies owner only when the ticket status is changed.
  • It notifies owner and cc when the ticket status becomes "assigned".
  • It notifies owner only when the ticket comment is added.
  • etc

Additionally, I want the interface that can select whether the user notifies.

Sure, you want lot of things ;-)

We want an overhaul of the notification system, since quite some time now. Volunteers needed.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
