Description

Hi, thanks for your first answer "Comment (by frank): The permissions of the file which is mentioned in the log file (unfortunately you did not attach the log file itself but only a screenshot) are wrong for some reason. You have to make sure that the file is writable only for root." After your message (on 11.02.27 - 11:04), I tried to create a new VM, and Vbox shut down exactly at the time I intented to start it, without any guest installed. I have found how to send you the log file itself, so you'll find it enclosed. Thanks for your help

Nice bug report… but on the WrongTrac (you're looking for VirtualBox's Trac).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
