I personally miss a button "mark as spam and delete ticket". As it currently is, one has to scan it twice…

This has nothing to do with this ticket, but what do you think "Delete selected as Spam" means?

The spamfilter_log
table doesn't currently seem to contain enough information to reapply the change.

This table is for #4064. The reapply entries are stored in the normal spamfilter log in a new column. Anyway there is still no code written for this or the other ticket. Help welcome.
To be done for this ticket:
- Add an interface in the spam list entry admin page, so admin can choose to reapply the entry.
- Decode the request entry in spam log
- Copy the reapply code from captcha and use it here as well
(so that the ticket doesn't appear in {20} anymore)
