Wrong formatting in TracReports

Description

The trunk version of TracReports has wrong formatting because of issues with double underlines on the Custom formatting columns heading. They are fixed on the official Trac Project site. It would be nice to port the fixes (a four lines change) to the trunk, and perhaps include also the new TracQuery wiki page.
