As there has not been any translation there (well, 1% only), the translation will be removed. The content of the previous early translation could still be retrieved from the links above, if there are of any use.
See TracL10N if someone feels like contributing a translation for this language.

I'll delete the Latvian translation placeholder for now. If someone wants to contribute a Latvian translation in the future, (s)he's very welcome to do so, of course, but with an initial messages.po with a completion status which makes it at least a tiny bit useful (say at least 20%).
(right, this was copy/pasted from Estonian, 3 more worthless translations to kill ;-) )
