Changes between Version 15 and Version 16 of TracPlugins

Spent about 6 hours discovering that the eggs needed to match mod_python's python version last night. Debian's default is still 2.3.5, while I'm normally running 2.4. Hadn't realised mod_python was still running at 2.3.5…
