Changes between Version 61 and Version 62 of TracPermissions

Comment:: Added information that the TICKET_ADMIN privilege allows managing ticket properties in WebAdmin, since this is not what many Admins want their users to be allowed to do when they're giving TICKET_ADMIN privs out of sheer lazyness.
