+The large number of components to download and long list of installation steps puts me off bothering to install Trac.
+I love Trac and use it at work but I just don't have the time/patience to work through all these steps.
+What's obviously needed is a single distro with everything preconfigured and tested for Win32/Mac/Linux.
+I think this would also reduce the inevitable support requests from such as complex install.
+I think the ideal might be a Trac installation addon for each [http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html XAMPP] distro.
