+If you are using PostgreSQL and you get an error stating that libpq.dll cannot be found, add the PostgreSQL bin directory to your path (ex: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.1\bin).  
 
 If you get an error like "ImportError: No module named svn" you are missing the path to the SVN Python hooks in the PYTHONPATH environment varialbe.
