     353PLEAAASE document the use of tracd, in a seperate thread off this main thread, such that the apache option and all of the double and triple scribble talk is no longer a confusing mess.  using windows is punishment enough, but guessing at the extensive dependancy chain and multiversion babble is quite the opposite of "stays out of the way".
