Changes between Version 3 and Version 4 of PageTemplates

Someone had previously commented that there wasn't an explanation on where the page templates would be found, and for some reason it was removed. I agree with the original request for more details, so I added a small blurb. Also, I deleted a small section below that, as no values were being returned.
