Description
It would be useful to have the ability to auto-number table rows.
Something like:
|| =ID= || =Col= || || 1. || content of row 1 || || 1. || content of row 2 || ..
would result:
| ID | Col |
| 1. | content of row 1 |
| 2. | content of row 2 |
