Description
I had problems when using Trac (0.11.5) behind Apache via mod_python : I was missing header and footer, while there was no problems with tracd. Removing a "PythonOptimize On" from my Apache configuration file gives me the header and footer back.
—> something is wrong with PythonOptimize and templates.
