Using the admin plugin, I added a new milestone :
- Info-TCC 1.0
- 03/31/08
and I got this message :
Oops… Trac detected an internal error
I tried to times with the very same result

I'm guessing you need a 4-digit year, like the date hint below the field should tell you (MM/DD/YYYY for me). When I try that on 0.10 with WebAdmin it says "ValueError: 03/31/08 is not a known date format." Feel free to reopen if the date hint looks like it allows two-digit years.
