It seems there is an installation issue on this server.

I also received the following error: 

TracError: Database "/afs/hcoop.net/user/o/om/omry/trac/var/firestats/db/trac.db" not found.

Maybe an issue with a remote disk (AFS) ?
Closing as invalid, as it is likely to be a local issue with this server.
