You could have better chance to get "immediate" support by asking on the MailingList or on the IrcChannel, as stated in the big red box you've certainly seen before creating this ticket.

However, in both cases, you won't get much help if you haven't first researched the problem by yourself… You could certainly find references on the web (even searching on this site) for the kind of error that you report above.
