It's doubtful either trunk/contrib/bugzilla2trac.py@17284 or trunk/contrib/sourceforge2trac.py@17284 works, and I doubt it's worth our effort to maintain them. I propose to remove them and close the associated tickets. If someone wants to maintain them they could be moved to trac-hacks.
Also, do we still want/need trunk/contrib/rpm@17284? Probably not needed.

Seems like trunk/contrib/emailfilter.py@17262 and trunk/contrib/migrateticketmodel.py@17262 also aren't needed.
Especially with switch to Python 3, it would be good to remove old code so that it doesn't need to be migrated.
