Description

When using initenv, then prompted to enter database string, if I use a password that contains special characters such as "!" and/or "@" , the environment wont be created properly. I'll get permission denied and if i try to create the same name environment again, I am prompted that it was already created even though it visibly was not.

I get the issue after typing something like this as my database string:

mysql://username:!Bt@meHl865@localhost:3066/trac

Also there appears to be no way to delete badly created environments. I believe this is a bug.

I worked around this bug by changing the password I used.
