Description
[[TracAdminHelp()]] macro leads Genshi UnicodeDecodeError for commands with unicode help text. Especially, after r12277, help text for milestone due command has unicode characters.
Therefore, TracAdmin page currently shows the exception….
Also, 0.12-stable has the issue.
