It states

on a Mac, use the <ctrl> key instead

I'm using Chrome on OS X 10.9 and I need to use <ctrl><option> for keyboard shortcuts.

TracAccessibility is a wiki page, so you are free to edit it. The edits are reviewed by Trac developers and contributors, so someone will likely correct any mistakes.

However, we should confirm that the key combination is correct for all browsers. I don't use Mac so I have no idea. You might want to raise the issue on the MailingList to confirm with other users.

Maybe we should just remove the text on that page regarding access key modifiers and point to the wikipedia article?
