    911For 2., it might be as simple as catching the error on attachments dir removal and displaying a clear error message (e.g. "The '%(tracenv)s/attachments/' directory couldn't be removed. This can happen if it contains files that are no longer referenced as attachments. Please move these files away and upgrade again.")
