You actually want query:owner= or perhaps query:owner=&status=!closed.

    33The query that comes to mind immediately is query:status=!assigned, but this does **not** yield the tickets that have status //assigned// unset. Instead, it lists all tickets that are //accepted// OR //closed// OR //new// OR //reopened//.

    5 This is obviously not what I want, since a ticket my be new but still it's assigned to someone. Is there a way to find all tickets that have not yet been assigned to anyone?
