Milestone 0.10.6

0.10.5 was the last stable release on the 0.10.x development line.

Note: No 0.10.6 release is actually planned, and unless there's a critical security issue that needs to be fixed, there won't be (i.e. the branches/0.10-stable​ branch is frozen).
