Description

(Official) way of marking things for deletion so that admins can then delete them. Useful for wikis and attachments where you would like for users to keep site clean but as deletions are currently not reversible there should be some safety provided there.

Well, use a wiki page, say SiteCleanup, and inform users and admins about the convention.

Or make a plugin for this (later, once we have custom properties for more things beyond tickets).

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
