Associate milestones to versions

Description

Each milestone could be attached to one version, so we could see on the roadmap the version and its milestones.

This way the user that reports a new ticket doesn't need to select the version, because s/he only needs to select the milestone.

This enables others possibilities, like to see the progress bar of one entire version.

The relationship between Milestone and Version greatly depends on how you use Trac, and the proposed, restricted usage may not match various Trac installations.
